In our recent notice (QVC-23: New Price Confirmation Procedure), we requested that Market Data Distributors email Market Data Operations staff with price confirmation requests, instead of calling for this information.  However, to accommodate your time-sensitive, urgent requests, and provide you with the optimum level of customer service, we have modified this procedure again, as follows:

Current dayprice confirmation requests of a time-sensitive, urgent nature will be accepted via phone.  The number to call for these requests is 312/648-3653.  If the issue is more complex or requires the confirmation of several prices, an email will provide for a more accurate response (with less room for error).  Simply let us know if the issue is of a time-sensitive nature.   

Requests for historical prices should be sent via e-mail at the addresses listed below.  We will make every attempt to respond within a two-hour window.  However, requests made after 3:15 p.m. will be addressed as soon as possible, on the following business day.
